Pilkington, part of the NSG Group, are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Administrator to pro-actively process and communicate customer demands to the order fulfilment chain in a cost effective, timely manner and ensure all issues are brought to a speedy resolution.

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you’ll provide a welcome and timely response to customer queries via the telephone and email and provide order confirmations, proof of delivery documentation and other post-order communication as requested. You’ll work with the Branch Manager to receive, process, and resolve all customer claims and complaints through the complaints management system and work with the Sales and Operational teams to achieve profit, price targets and volume, for the merchanting sector.

Candidates for this role must demonstrate a manner that is welcoming and helpful to colleagues and customers alike and strive to excel in customer service by excellent communication, putting the customer first and putting them at the centre of everything we do. You’ll be able to build a rapport with relevant teams across the site to ensure that customer requirements are met and be a strong team player, able to communicate with colleagues at all levels.
