IT Programme/Portfolio Manager (CRM/ecommerce/digital/Agile)

We have an exciting IT Programme/Portfolio Business Services Manager to work with our client based in Milton Keynes.

Candidates applying for this role should be able to demonstrate the following:-

• Advanced digital and technical knowledge of IT (Salesforce, eCommerce platforms, CRM, Web applications, System Integration, Information Security etc.)
• Experience in CRM and Marketing business process and solutions
• Strong experience working within agile or other lean methodologies
• Proven track record of overseeing the simultaneous delivery of multiple technology projects such as complex website design and builds
• Experience in developing IT strategies as well as business plans
• Experience in IT Service Management and knowledge of tools
• Knowledge of key automation technology trends & application
• Ability to identify and implement alternative process management solutions
• Strong experience in Supplier/vendor management of multiple external parties
• 1-2 years of management experience overseeing a team of at least 3
• Excellent stakeholder management/communication skills
• ITIL?? Foundation or Practitioner (desirable)
• Portfolio or Programme Management (desirable)
