This position would suit an ambitious, experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant, Contract Manager or Branch Manager with a flair for operational delivery and client management, looking to enter a non-sales role.Working at Stafforce is so much more than just a job.   • Accountable for the delivery, development, continuous improvement, and retention of clients.
  • Develop and maintain robust, meaningful, and mutually beneficial relationships - always working in true partnership.
  • Establish and maintain structured communication and service review plans with key stakeholders ensuring development and delivery of agreed client strategy.
  • Implement and drive the recruitment plan, develop the labour pool, and exceed client expectations.
  • Identify talent, recruit, induct and coach direct reports.
  • Create an engaging and positive working environment, demonstrate Stafforce values and lead from the front.
  • Deliver a candidate focused culture, ensure 'right fit', maintain good communication and ensuring an excellent candidate experience is at the heart of all activities.
  • Ensuring delivery processes meet and comply with documented quality procedures, client contractual arrangements & SLA's, employment, and recruitment legislation.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous demonstrable experience in people management, operational delivery, and client management.
  • Previous experience in budget control and P&L responsibility.
  • Ability to forge strong and collaborative relationships, influencing and presenting at senior level.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Innovative and creative, with a continuous improvement approach.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise.
  • Excels within a fast-paced environment.
