About Our Client
My client is a Independent Vehicle Workshop and Van Hire company near Stowmarket, servicing and maintaining a wide range of vehicles from Van to HGV Fleet.
Job Description - Fleet Administrator
Experienced Service Administrator with the ability to handle all Depot / Service operations such as; vehicle bookings, invoicing, customer relations, retails/contract work, MOT bookings, order numbers, general admin.
The Successful Applicant
• Past experience working within the Automotive network handling service / site operations, is essential.
• The ability to work under pressure, actively seek solutions to problems and having the flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks are all key attributes.
• Ability to communicate effectively within your team and manage internal relationship to deliver required information in a timely clear manor.
• All works must be accurate and consistent adhering to all processes and procedures.
What's on Offer
Starting at GBP24,000 per annum, Increase after 3 months probation
Working week: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30, 40hrs
