The successful candidates will be part of a large brigade of chefs. If you are proactive, ambitious, have an eye for detail and a real passion for creating fresh, locally sourced dishes then we'd like you to hear from you. Candidates will have experience as a Chef at a similar level, be a good team leader, be able to coach and develop their team and have a working knowledge of budgets.
