jjFOX are currently working with a FE college based in Colchester who are looking for a new brickwork lecturer to join their team. The role involves teaching and assessing a range of further education subjects associated with Brickwork and the construction sector. This essential post is needed to support their students on both full time and work-based apprenticeship programmes.
Candidate Requirements
* Education to level 3 or above in Brickwork
* Minimum of level 2 qualification in maths & english (GCSE C+)
* Teaching qualification, or willing to obtain one within 3 years
* Assessor/Verifier award (Desirable not essential)
Job Package
* Salary between GBP30,000 and GBP37,000 (dependent on experience)
* 40 days Paid annual leave per annum (including bank holidays)
* Introductory bonus worth up to GBP8000
* Teachers' Pension Scheme (23.68% employer contribution)
* Extensive Employee Benefits Scheme including discounts at high street and on-line retailers
