Bilingual Internal Account Manager
Telford
Permanent
Circa GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 per annum plus benefits
Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading manufacturer with offices based in Telford. Working in a fast paced, busy environment you will be providing pivotal support to between production and the internal supply chain teams and your international clients. You will provide quotes, process orders as well as expedite the order and give clients regular updates on progress. We are ideally looking for someone who is fluent in ideally French or German to look after those markets, however other languages may also be considered.
Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:
* Processing sales orders on to the ERP system
* Prepare accurate and timely quotations
* Dealing with incoming calls and emails from customers
* Keep customers updated on key developments in relation to specific orders
* Liaise with the Purchasing Planning team to obtain accurate lead times
* Liaise with manufacturing with regards to delivery dates and times
* General administration duties as required
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have worked in a similar customer service or sales administrator role. You must be IT literate and ideally have experience of using an ERP system. You should have a flexible, can-do attitude as well as be conscientious of doing a good job. You must possess strong communication skills. We are ideally looking for someone with French or German language skills, but other languages might possibly be considered.
