We have big goals over the next few years.

We’re going to be fighting for mental health in a way we never have before.

Together we’ll be working to make sure everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve.

Will you join us?

This Blue Light Senior Content Officer post has been created to support digital content development for those working in the emergency services on a newly created, dedicated website based on learnings from our existing Mental Health at Work site. The aim is to ensure that the right information, advice, peer support services and training are easily accessible to emergency services personnel to support their mental health and wellbeing following the Covid-19 pandemic.

You will report to the Mental Health at Work Product Manager, but will work closely with colleagues across Mind’s Digital, Comms and Information teams, who will provide specialist technical support and expertise as required, alongside members of the Blue Light Programme team who will provide support and expertise on the needs, requirements and support available for this specific audience. Taking into account the importance of tone of voice, the post holder will ensure accuracy and consistency as well as carefully considering the end users’ needs to ensure a positive experience for them.

Success in this post relies on developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders as well as commitment to developing high-quality and accessible digital content.

Closing date: 5th June 2022
