Reporting to the Directors Administrator and duties will include:

  • Processing application forms and AML checks.
  • Adding information onto CRM system
  • Dealing with sending welcome packs and distribution notices to the clients.
  • Answering calls and queries from clients, brokers and agents
  • Maintaining pcloud and ensuring all documentation is filed accurately.
  • Adhoc administrative duties for the team
  • Processing of purchase invoices on Xero.
  • Requirements for the role:
  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Experience using a CRM system. Salesforce would be preferable.
  • Confident self-starter and able to use initiative
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Experience in a financial services environment or property developer would be beneficial
  • Having worked directly with a sales team would be advantageous
