Reporting to the Directors Administrator and duties will include:
- Processing application forms and AML checks.
- Adding information onto CRM system
- Dealing with sending welcome packs and distribution notices to the clients.
- Answering calls and queries from clients, brokers and agents
- Maintaining pcloud and ensuring all documentation is filed accurately.
- Adhoc administrative duties for the team
- Processing of purchase invoices on Xero.
- Requirements for the role:
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent attention to details
- Experience using a CRM system. Salesforce would be preferable.
- Confident self-starter and able to use initiative
- Excellent excel skills
- Experience in a financial services environment or property developer would be beneficial
- Having worked directly with a sales team would be advantageous
