We are looking to recruit a Campus Catering Manager to work at a large School in Limerick this is an excellent opportunity for a passionate catering professional to join an international FM company who offer great benefits and job security.

The Role:
Managing the catering operations in a senior boarding and day student campus
Responsible for the 7-day boarding residence in the school
Ensure financial aspects of catering operations are managed professionally and within the financial guideline agreed with client.
To ensure premises are kept to agreed level of cleanliness and a maintain stage working practices
Recruit, Manage, induct motivate and appraise staff to promote good employee relations and operate within company procedures.
Delivery Fresh Food from Scratch food offer for all services.
Innovate the food and marketing offer on site with an emphasis on boarding student satisfaction.The Successful Candidate:
2-3 years leadership / supe4visory experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Team Building Skills
Good Financial Acumen
Good Front of House Skills
