Role: D&I Co-ordinator

Function: HR

Location: Dunstable- we have a fantastic hybrid working environment, you'll need to be in the office at least 2 days per week but the rest of your week can be flexible to what works best for you and your role.

Type of role: Permanent

This role an integral part of the Diversity & Inclusion team, it supports our D&I commitments and brings them to life through how we celebrate events, work with our networks and deliver learning solutions/listening sessions.

What you will be doing:

Responsible for creating the D&I calendar and looking ahead to upcoming events. Co-ordinating our networks and D&I to ensure clear messaging is used for each event, working with Internal Comms/Ops Comms to ensure comms are published on time
Create some analytics to monitor the impact of each calendar event
Supporting all online and face to face events including training and listening groups. For training, working with D&I team and HRBPs to create lists of attendees, notify them of training, monitor attendance and send out pre/post course work
Attend network SteerCos, ensuring action logs are completed, actions for D&I are on the plan and upcoming celebrations are considered by each network
Ensure content is regularly updated, reflective of the D&I calendar and has high quality content. Create and review content alongside the D&I team
Support the D&I Advisor and Head of D&I with administrative support, manage purchase orders and payments, logistics for events
