Or client is a passenger car dealership based in Greenwich, London, representing a premium brand. They have a new opportunity for an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their Service reception team.
The Role
Working in a friendly and effective team environment, focusing on delivering optimum
levels of Customer Service
Informing customers new and existing, on which service, or maintenance may be performed on their vehicle
Processing customer vehicles for service and repair through the workshop
Working with the internal departments and providing a quality service whilst achieving company targets
Listening to the customers description of the issue with their vehicle and asking them to clarify to identify their concerns
Reviewing the history of the vehicle, looking into manufacturer service intervals, including any outstanding recalls required to be completed
Booking walk-in customers
Preparing job cards as required
Participate in manufacturer training courses to develop and enhance your skills
A working knowledge of the Kerridge system will be advantageous
You will need a Full, Driving Licence for Insurance purposes
The Package
Base salary: GBP26,000 - GBP32,000+ per annum (dependent upon experience) with a realistic Bonus structure with the potential to earn in excess of GBP12,000 per annum.
