Page Personnel are supporting a large and successful multi-academy trust in the Derbyshire area with the appointment of a Part Time HR Advisor to join a busy HR team.
This role offers a mix of office and home working.
This role is part time - flexible on working patterns - could be circa 3 days per week/school hours/term-time only
Description
The role of Part Time HR Advisor will report to a HR Manager and support with all generalist HR matters for a range of schools in the Midlands.
This will include taking responsibility for a range of employee relations casework and advising stakeholders on HR policies and procedures.
Profile
Ideally you will have a proven background as a HR Advisor.
