Our client is a residential groundworks contractor in growth mode based in Oxfordshire. Keen to embrace modern construction methods and forward-thinking in their approach they have a vision to be the first carbon-neutral groundworks contractor. They have a strong customer focus and an excellent reputation for the quality of their product on site with their client base of national housebuilders. This is evidenced by the fact that a considerable proportion of their workload is repeat business from satisfied clients. They deliver residential groundworks, roads and sewers, cut and fill foundations and associated infrastructure packages in Oxfordshire, Northants, and the home counties. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Plant Co-Ordinator to join their busy plant department. The role will be office-based in Oxfordshire with occasional site visits as the role demands. The Plant Coordinator will be responsible for:
• On/off hire of vehicles, machinery, and plant
• Assisting in maintaining vehicle fleets
• Checking invoices and purchase orders
• Acting as a first point of contact to resolve plant issues on site
To be considered, you'll have a background and track record with a recognised civil engineering or groundworks contractor or specialist plant or hire business in a similar role.
