We at Stonewall Recruitment have an exciting opportunity to join our client based in Chesterfield as a Sales Coordinator
The role:
Is to support the commercial manager and team, by timely administration of quote requests and deliverance of class leading customer service. The commercial teams function is ensuring that orders are processed and delivered in accordance with the customers' requirements, and your role will be integral in ensuring this is delivered timely and efficiently.
This role is advertised to start with immediate effect following a face to face interview
Temp to Perm position, will see you start your life with the agency and then transferring to a perm contract after a minimum of 12 qualifying weeks worked.
Key responsibilities:
* Ensure that quote request are processed in an accurate and timely manner
* Provide a customer interface for the business by telephone, fax, E mail, post and face to face ensuring the communication flow is smooth and efficient.
* Identify, expand and develop new business opportunities in conjunction with the relevant Regional Sales Manager and Business Development Manager.
* Ensure that customer enquiries and queries are progressed and answered in a timely and professional manner.
* Establish good relationships with customers, both internal and external to assist the business in achieving its goals and objectives
* Ensure that sales orders a processed in an accurate and timely manner
We are looking for someone with:
* Previous experience in an administration role.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
* A good telephone manner
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:30 and 17:00
