Property Manager / Maintenance Co-ordinator

Hornchurch

Highly respected and well established independent Letting Agent requires Property Manager / Maintenance Co-ordinator for busy Hornchurch office.

The main purpose of the role is to inspect properties, liaise with Tenants, Landlord, and contractors to arrange remedial works.

Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP25,000 (depending on experience)

Full time including Saturdays (day off in the week) part-time considered

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking and attending property inspections
  • Planning maintenance works
  • Instructing contractors
  • Negotiating deposit disputes
  • Booking gas, electrical & energy performance certificates

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Team Player
  • Thrives under pressure particularly during busy periods
  • Flexible and able to prioritise workload
  • Reliable and committed to our work as well as the team
  • Proven lettings experience - desirable not essential
  • Knowledge of ALTO software - desirable not essential
  • ARLA Propertymark qualified - desirable not essential

You must have a driving license and use of own vehicle
