JOB DETAILS

Our client is looking for a financial services support administrator whose position is to provide administration support to the existing clients and to support financial advisers, paraplanners, the company's directors and liaise with third parties.

JOB DESCRIPTION

* Act as a main point of contact for the office (for all clients and third parties) - answering the office calls, greeting visitors to the office, preparing refreshments

* Dealing with the incoming and outgoing post

* Printing, copying, scanning, emailing, posting, faxing, binding, various documents, saving emails/documents to database

* Prepare various documentation (invoices, schedules, valuations, forms, applications, general correspondence etc)

* Maintain accurate records

* Maintain company's registers

* Deal with internal/client/third party queries in an accurate and efficient manner

* Manage the annual review process from start to finish

* Issue the company's regular investment commentaries to clients

* Arrange and prepare documentation for clients' meetings

* Process new business cases

* Service the existing clients - place buy/sell/rebalance/fund switch instructions, deal with client's deposits, withdrawals, transfers, model switches, phased investments, corporate actions, process letters of authorities, obtain policy information, update existing plans and personal details, prepare monthly/quarterly/six-monthly valuations, help clients with their online accounts

* Liaise with advisers, paraplanners, directors and third parties and provide support to the firm's advisers, paraplanners, directors in completing non-client facing tasks in relation to the preparation and administration of financial recommendations being made

Required experience, skills and knowledge:

* Previous experience in the financial industry preferably working for IFAs/advisory/discretionary asset managers

* Previous experience with platforms

* Previous experience with Adviser office and/or Intelliflo

* Accurate first time and efficient

* Client focused

* Excellent written/oral communication skills

* Good working knowledge of MS Office - MS Excel, MS Word, Email

* Conscientious and professional in approach to tasks
