My client is a well-established business who is known for their innovation and exceptional service delivery. We are in the hunt for a talented HSQE Manager to join this award-winning team on a full time permanent basis. As the Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment Manager you will report directly to the board of Directors and be responsible for the improvement of all HSQE standards across the business. About the role:

This role would be suitable for an individual who is passionate about continuous improvement processes and always looking to take on the next challenge. This varied and exciting role will give you an opportunity to implement and drive new processes, to meet HSQE compliance and net zero carbon targets. Due to the nature of this role, occasional weekend work and overnight stays will be a requirement. Your responsibilities will include but is not limited to:

Ensure all documentation is compliant and in date
Identify and drive all employee training needs
Undertake the internal IMS HSQE audit schedule
Ensure full compliance for site activities and the adequate provision of all necessary documentation and concise instructions
Drive continuous improvement activities and share relevant knowledge in this regard
Foster a positive approach to accident and incident prevention
Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environmental policies are upheld and motivate colleagues to promote a culture of good HSE practice
Conduct drug and alcohol testing in line with company policy
You Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 2-years experience in a similar role
ISO 14001, 9001, 45001 internal auditors
NEBOSH Diploma
Experience of CDM
Experience of investigations
Good interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills
Strong communicator and comfortable in rapidly changing environments
Ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders and clients
Competent user of Microsoft IT packages
Valid Driving Licence
