Description

This EA and Office Manager role will include these duties:

  • Assist the VP and Finance Lead.
  • Office Management.
  • Assist other members of staff when needed.
  • Diary and travel management.
  • Inbox management.
  • Answering emails and the phone.
  • Manage, organise and prepare meetings - preparing/organising the monthly town hall meeting.
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes.
  • Create PowerPoint's.
  • Event management.
  • Helping with invoices and expenses.
  • General administration and any ad hock tasks.

Profile

The ideal EA and Office Manager would:

  • Have previous strong Administration experience.
  • Have previous PA/EA experience.
  • Previous Office Management experience.
  • Be able use computer systems well and pick up new ones efficiently.
  • Be efficient and do what they need to promptly.
  • Be able to multi-task and prioritise tasks.
  • Be able to use their initiative and be proactive.
  • Have great attention to detail.
  • Have good communication and grammar.
  • Be able to speak well and clear.
  • Be willing to do all jobs and tasks asked.
