Description
This EA and Office Manager role will include these duties:
- Assist the VP and Finance Lead.
- Office Management.
- Assist other members of staff when needed.
- Diary and travel management.
- Inbox management.
- Answering emails and the phone.
- Manage, organise and prepare meetings - preparing/organising the monthly town hall meeting.
- Attending meetings and taking minutes.
- Create PowerPoint's.
- Event management.
- Helping with invoices and expenses.
- General administration and any ad hock tasks.
Profile
The ideal EA and Office Manager would:
- Have previous strong Administration experience.
- Have previous PA/EA experience.
- Previous Office Management experience.
- Be able use computer systems well and pick up new ones efficiently.
- Be efficient and do what they need to promptly.
- Be able to multi-task and prioritise tasks.
- Be able to use their initiative and be proactive.
- Have great attention to detail.
- Have good communication and grammar.
- Be able to speak well and clear.
- Be willing to do all jobs and tasks asked.
