Job Profile Summary

bp is hiring a Maintenance Scheduler who will provide scheduling support to the Maintenance and Reliability Production and Operations Team, to achieve an integrated maintenance schedule. Due to the complexity of the scheduling required the Maintenance Scheduler plays a key role to interfacing between onshore and offshore. This position supports providing a fully optimized schedule to provide offshore the visibility to allow safe, reliable operations.

Key Accountabilities:Accountable for scheduling Maintenance activity to generate optimised, deliverable schedules in P6

Provides scheduling of integrated nested activities in support of Optimised equipment downtime.

Reviews risk constraints and highlights non-compliant activities within the relevant scheduling timeframe and liaises with those responsible for execution delivery to ensure execution delivery can be achieved.

Is responsible for resource levelling of core trades, identifying resourcing issues, recommending solutions where resourcing is above the allocation of the trade available.

Has an understanding of non-core crew offshore POB mobilisations to allow communications with relevant logistic requirements.

Supports the Maintenance Meeting cadence providing the relevant supporting documentation to assist in facilitating the meetings to the required agenda.

Essential Experience:Proficient in the use of Primavera P6 and P6 certification

Knowledge in the use of a maintenance system ie SAP/Maximo

Excellent Computerized systems skills

Knowledge of Maintenance management System

Good communication skills for both onshore and offshore interfaces
