Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Site Visits
- Meetings with residents
- Monitor collection of ground rent
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Instructing contractors to carry out work
- Issuing section orders
- Inspections
- Inspection reports
- working with Freeholders
We are looking for???
- Previous Property management experience, Estate agent lettings negotiator sales negotiator
- Presentable and great communicator
- Industry specific qualifications desirable IRPM
- Self starter, quick learner and highly organised
- Genuine Interest in Property
