Job Title: HR Coordinator
Contract: Full Time, Permanent (Hybrid working)
Location: North Leicestershire
Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP22,000
Start Date: ASAP - Happy to work around notice periods

The commercial division at SF Recruitment, are currently working with a very exciting manufacturing organisation, to recruit for 2 x HR Coordinators / HR Administrators to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
As a HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing HR support to the ER Manager, HR Manager and wider HR department with the below tasks/responsibilities.
- Build effective relationships with line management, and senior stakeholders, supporting with coaching and advisory around internal policies and procedures, and process advice and guidance
- Recruitment - this will include anything from sign off, posting job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews with the direct hiring manager, to offer and onboarding of new starters
- Maintain an accurately updated internal database with all employee's confidential documentation, reports and additional HR records inline with GDPR guidelines
- Support the senior HR/ER management team with project works such as internal change, learning and development, and ER cases
- Handling any employee enquiries effectively and professionally
- Liaise with the events team to support with internal events such as onboarding and training days, as well as external events such as Networking and Early Careers etc.

The successful HR Coordinator, will ideally have experience working in a similar position as listed above, or have some experience completing the above responsibilities. You will need to be passionate about delivering an excellent service and support to your team, line managers and wider colleagues, as well as ensure that everything you do is in line with internal policies and procedures. My client is looking for somebody who wants to take ownership of their own work, and continuously look for continuous improvement opportunities. You will need to be organised, as no two days are the same, and sometimes you may be involved in multiple projects, where key deadlines need to be achieved.
