Due to the continued success and the company are seeking to recruit an experienced AV Engineering Install Manager . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Management ideally gained in the AV market. Sitting within the Operations Team responsible for managing the installatin engineers and ensuring they deliver the projects within time,cost and quality parameters.A manager who can manage and motive the Engineering Team. "Organisation is the key to success in this Role " Duties:

*The AV Engineering Manager will schedule and forward plan engineering resource effectively according to project dead lines and budgets

*Management of all the audio visual engineers and the subcontractors * Must have previous experience in management * Manage on-board and schedule internal and external resource including drafting contracts reviewing work quality and arrange bookings* Will provide realistic lead times to sales team on prospective installations

*Develop adopt and manage processed procdures and best practice service levels to ensure projects are delivered successfully

* Actively lead the implementation of the companys Health and Safety policy anA Team player who can get the best out of people a man manager who leads by example * Will have excellent time management and the ability to prioritise effectively and efficiently *Will have proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word - Excel * Working on various sized projects in London and through out the UK
