Nottingham City Homes are looking for a Works Planner to join the voids team.
GBP20,444 - GBP22,129 per annum
37 hours per week based in Nottingham
Fixed term/Internal secondment opportunity for up to 4 months

We are looking for a candidate to take responsibility for scheduling of work for craft operatives and contractors; coordinating appointments and works packages for the Voids Team from start to finish. Throughout the day you will communicate with operatives, managers and customers, making sure jobs are allocated in an efficient and timely manner as well as ensure appointments are kept, tasks are prioritised and targets delivered.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have sound planning, numerical and organisational skills
- have the ability to work to tight deadlines, multi-task, and work under pressure
- You will need to have a high level of accuracy and be self-motivated in this live commercial environment
- The candidate must be a team player able to liaise with others and build working relationships
- Possess strong communication and people skills
- Familiar with MS Office products.
You will bring administration experience, in particular diary management and great customer service skills. You will be used to working under pressure and able to effectively manage conflicting priorities and deadlines, with the tact, respect and efficiency that our customers demand.
