Macildowie HR are working with a fantastic company based in Leicester City Centre for someone looking for their next step within HR as a HR Co-ordinator! This is a great chance to make the move into an advisory role from a HR Assistant background.

Your daily responsibilities will include;

• Providing generalist advice, support, and guidance on HR related matters in line with both policies and legislation for employees, managers, and casual workers
• Working on ER cases with the HRBP and get exposure to advising/coaching line managers
• Creating and processing of new starter paperwork
• Being the first point of contact for employee lifecycle administration
• Responsibility for day-to-day HR and ER issues
• Dealing with the recruitment and selection process including issuing conditional offer letters and contracts of employment for new employees.
• Supporting the improvement of the HR function and it's key HR initiatives
• Undertaking any ad-hoc requests in regards to the business objectives

The ideal candidate is someone who;

• Has at least two years' experience of working within HR
• Ability to work efficiently to meet changing business needs
