We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to work initially from home then from our head office in Leeds in time.
The main purpose of the job is to:
* support the sales team through processing sales-related administration tasks such as; sales order entry, purchase order entry, internal transfers, job nesting, manufacturing orders
* to be able to assist customers who may need help with orders, requests and complaints;
* also responsible for dealing with invoice queries, credit notes and management information as and when required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Sales teams with order entry (sales, purchasing, manufacturing)
* Handling Customer requests FPOC (First Point Of Contact), queries and complaints through all communication mediums, phone, email, fax etc;
* Maintaining good customer relations;
* Production of reports as required by the sales team and commercial lead
* Customer satisfaction both internal and external
* Delivery to promise management, highlighting any issues before they arise
* Data input into KLiCC, SAP, Excel as required
Relevant Experience:
* Computer literate with excellent use of Microsoft Office applications
* Previous knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
* Knowledge of industry / product / market
* Excellent communication/relationship building skills verbal and written.
* Experience of working as part of a high performing team.
* Good understanding of business priorities.
* Experience of customer service and/or client management.
* Experience of filtering and reporting numeric data.
