We are looking for a Clinical Administrator to work within our Beautiful Blackheath Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurological Care Centre based in Blackheath, London. The service has 34 beds split across 2 wards set within beautiful grounds that include, Accessible therapy kitchen, Leisure and recreational equipment, Hydrotherapy pool, Gymnasium, Multi-faith room, Access to other external specialist facilities, for example, seating and assistive technology. We provide specialist inpatient rehabilitation for individuals with an acquired brain injury or other complex neurological condition
We are looking for a Full time Clinical Administrator to work on a Fixed term 6 Month basis to cover Maternity Leave, You will provide effective and efficient administrative and secretarial support to the medical, nursing and multi-disciplinary teams. To work as a member of the administration team supporting the smooth running of the department.
Key Accountabilities:
• Organise relevant clinical meetings
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to all departments
• Prepare and produce unit reports
• Administration of the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act as required
• On-going development of the hospital's administrative systems

Skills & Experience:

• Excellent organisational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Clinical administration/medical secretarial experience desirable
• Ability to work to deadlines
