Trainee Sales Negotiator

Our Ipswich based client is looking for Trainee Sales Negotiator to join them and build a career in property (housing), while being able to make more money from your performance.
You'll bring your natural ambition as this role requires no prior experience, so you'll just need to have a passion to succeed and have the ability to talk to anyone. You'll believe in our client's core values of putting people first, pushing yourself and your team to success and wanting to be the best. You'll get the training you need both internally and having paid external training from industry governing bodies. You'll be focused on building strong relationships with customers, finding out what they're really looking for and help them make a major life decision about housing. You'll get to help people while making extra money the more you help!
