Resource Coordinator/Manager - planning, scheduling, resource management Remote/Edinburgh/London

Due to Adarma's continued expansion we are looking to add to our team to support our Resource Management function. As the successful candidate you will coordinate activities to ensure that our resources and contractors are assigned to the right customer project at the right time and that utilisation is maximised.

Typical role responsibilities

Main point of contact for the operational management of engagements on our PSA software (Kimble) including responsibility for the accurate and timely set-up, maintenance and up-date of Fixed Price + Time and Materials engagements and producing accurate management information/reports as requested by other areas of the business.

Creating Key weekly reports on Security Consulting resourcing metrics including utilisation, available resources, pipeline demand and capacity planning

Key point of contact for on-site contractor management including timely response to queries relating to timesheets, invoices, time off requests, renewals, extensions, etc. Depending on the nature of the issue and risk, escalate to the Engagement and Delivery Lead as required.

Work closely with Service Delivery, Sales and Finance teams to optimise the use of resources; sufficiently meet client needs; and ensure that services provided are completed in accordance with prescribed standards.

Essential Requirements

Previous administrative experience within a customer service role - ideally within a Professional Services, Consultancy, Technology or Project orientated organisation

Experience of resource scheduling would be advantageous.
