Looking for a Permanent QS to work for a Housing Association - DBS & Insurance Check will be required.Overall Responsibility:
- Responsible for carrying out quantity surveying functions within the asset management team including the repairs, void and planned maintenance contracts
- To provide commercial insight and strategy to ensure business effectiveness and financial efficiency is achieved
- To develop new ways of delivering the commercial approach to future contract performance and spend to support the contract partnership
- To review budget requirements and offer support and advice to relevant budget holder on requirements and current spend profile
