??Could you be a Sense Support Worker?We have an exciting opportunity at Sense for a Female Support Worker to join our fantastic supported living service in Tonypandy. This is a permanent role with weekly hours to suit up to 37.5 hours per week. We provide 24/7 support and have various shifts available which typically start 7am/12.30pm or 4pm.Sense are offering a Female Support Worker GBP10.00 per hour, calculated and paid as a base rate of GBP9.75 plus an additional 25 pence allowance per hour paid for your standard contracted hours. Waking night shifts attract a higher pay rate.You will be supporting 5 individuals, living in The Vicarage. Our new home is an attractive building with many original features which has been modernised and adapted to provide a safe and spacious environment. We have great relationships and support from family and friends. You will be supported by management and motivated to grow and develop within your role with Sense. As a Support Worker you will provide support and enable individuals to live the life they choose: to make choices, to express themselves and live as independently as possible. The duties are varied and no two days will be the same. The people we support are individuals and they are all treated as such.
