Creative Care have an exciting opportunity for a *Mental Health Support Worker* in our brand-new home in Eakring, Nottinghamshire.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering personalised support and a commitment to ensuring the best outcomes for people with Mental Health Diagnosis, Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs.

The home will support up to 4 adults with their everyday living skills like shopping, cleaning and cooking while empowering them to live a fun and fulfilled life. We understand the importance of providing person-centred support which enables independence and meets individual's specific needs and through our outcomes focused approach, we support people to maintain choice and control of their own lives.
*What are we looking for in our Mental Health Support Workers?*
* An enthusiasm and interest in working with Mental Health Disorders
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A willingness to go the extra mile
* A flexible approach that respects individual differences
* An ability to work as part of a team as well as independently, using your initiative
