Job Role: Operations Administrator
Location: Nottingham
Pay Rate: GBP19,914k
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm
Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a global data organisation, due to continued success they are looking to hire several experienced administrators to join the Service Delivery team.
Hybrid working position so you will be provided with the technology and support you need to be able to provide a first-class service.
What does the role involve:
Processing customer applications and data
Inputting sensitive and confidential information
Liaising with internal teams and departments to ensure customer SLA's are met
Providing customers with system support
Completing all required system administrationWho are we looking for?:
Data entry skills
Attention to detail with strong communication skills
Problem solver
