Job Role: Sales Administrator
Salary: GBP25,000
Location: Nottingham (NG8)
Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5 (Hybrid working)
Harper Recruitment group are looking for an experienced Administrator to join a fun and friendly sales team for a successful manufacturer in Nottingham.
Working alongside the external and internal sales team, building relationships and ensuring a positive customer journey.
What will the role involve?
Supporting the Sales Account Managers in the completion of orders
Coordinate the customer orders and quotations
Effectively liaise with customers regarding our products
Coordinating all returns and faulty products
Prepare brochures sample packs for potential new customers
Booking appointments for reps
Updating product knowledgeEssential criteria:
Proven Sales Administration experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisational skills
