Location: Leatherhead, Surrey
Position: Clinical Deputy Manager ( RGN, RMN, RNLD)
Service: Nursing, residential and palliative care (Nursing home)
Salary: Up toGBP48,131 per annum
Hours: 42 Hours per week Monday - Friday - occasional night/ weekend cover
Shift Pattern: Full time Days
Contract: Permanent

About the Home:

Our 30 bed care home is located in stunning grounds, it is a welcoming and friendly home which has had extensive refurbishment. With a dedicated team of staff, residents have access to wide range of care provision with a clear focus on person centred care. We are looking for an experienced Nurse qualified RGN / RGN or RNLD to come and join as part of our management team as a Clinical Deputy Manager at our care home in ???????Leatherhead, Surrey.

About the role:

As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will oversee and assist every aspect of nursing care and activity within the home, including developing and updating care plans and maintaining clear, accurate medication records. Always seeking to share your clinical experience, you will provide valuable support, guidance, and assistance to the rest of our care staff. You will be required to support the home manager acting up in their absence. This role would be ideal for someone with strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for nursing.
