SF recruitment are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join a professional and friendly team, working across our clients HR and Recruitment functions.
The company have a need for temporary support for the next 9-12 months to cover maternity leave.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will support the HR and Recruitment function, with administrative duties, the main focus of this role will focus on specialist activities as required including Reward, Learning and Development and Employee relations.
This role is perfect if you are looking to develop your HR experience
Roles and Responsibilities -
• Support HR function with day to day duties
• Support the HR Compliance.
• Post new job vacancies, supporting contracts, applying for disclosures.
• Organising and book training events.
• Provide monthly HR statistics to the HR Officer (including Starter, Leaver & Sickness Absence Data)
• Processing and creating PO's,
• Keeping the budget tracker and keeping it up to date in accordance to finance requirements
Required skills and experience -
• CIPD Level 5 or willing to work towards
• Strong IT skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Able to work in an environment where confidentiality and remaining calm under pressure is essential
Job Type: Contract - Full time - 37.5
Hybrid working; 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
Salary: Up to GBP22,000.00 per year
