Class 1 C+E HGV LGV CAT C+E or/and Shunter Qualification for Artic Trailers Shunting / Transport for days required permanently in Oswentry
Our highly reputable client based in Telford a well-establish brand within the UK, is looking for a Class 1 CAT C HGV LGV driver to assist with their busy transport depot. The client, a rising company within the transport industry, offers you job security as well as real progression opportunities to develop within your career.
You will be required to inter-site shunting between two transport depots, this will includeno handball. The vehicles are; well maintained, tail lift and will include movement of white goods. This role will therefore be physically demanding due to the manual handling of objects. The client will consider giving newly qualified drivers a chance.
The client will consider new pass Class 1 drivers or newly qualified Shunter qualifications who are looking for there first opportunity to gain experience driving in your first HGV/Shunting position.
You will have the following skills & attributes;
CAT C+E Class 1 HGV LGV Driving License or/and Shunting Qualification for Artic Trailers
CPC Card (unless you have a shunting qualification)
Digital Tachograph Card (unless you have a shunting qualification)
Excellent attitude for work
Driven and motivated to succeed
Ability to work within a team
Reliable and trustworthy
Integrity
Shifts:
The shift pattern works on a rotation basis; however considerations may be considered for the correct candidate This will include Monday to Friday 45 hours roughly per week
Pay:
Dependant on experience and shift pattern
