Think Specialist Recruitment are please to be recruiting for an Office Reception / Administrator to join a team based in Radlett. This position is a temporary position covering from the 19th May - 17th June and would be suitable for a candidate that is available immediately.

Office Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30

Duties to include:

Answering inbound phone calls and filtering calls
Managing the call switchboard
Greeting visitors
Providing administration assistance on behalf of the sales team including providing quotations and responding to emails
Any adhoc duties as requiredCandidate requirements:

Previous experience in a Reception or Administrative position
Available immediately
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office packages
