Job Title: Administrator/Trainee Paraplanner
Salary: GBP20,000-GBP23,000 per annum
Location: Radlett (Office-based)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time (Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm)

The Role:
Handle inbound calls and e-mails and re-direct to correct teams
Keep the internal system updated with client/policy information
Deal with inbound and outgoing post
Maintain the reception area
Meet and greet clients and visitors
Coordinate office requirements
Administer and chase letters and applications
Distribute client communications and marketing material
Ensure sufficient stock for new meeting packs for personal and corporate client meetingsSkills/Experience Required:
An enthusiastic individual with some office based experience would be ideal
Willingness to learn and develop a career
A recent graduate (or equiv.)
Ability to develop strong working relationships with other administrators, paraplanners and advisers
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Great attention to detail
Organisation and prioritisation skills
Strong work ethic
