Children's Home Registered Manager
Location: LE9, Between Leicester and Nuneaton
Service: OUTSTANDING OFSTED inspection - 3 bedded EBD Children's Residential Care Home
As the Registered Manager, you will be registering with OFSTED to be responsible for the safe and effective management of a children's residential care home. The home has the capacity to support up to 3 young people with EBD and challenging behaviours. The staff team is full and experienced, meaning you will have the chance to hit the ground running.
The home is part of a national organisation, that specialise in education, clinical and residential support for children and young people. With the support of the SMT and Quality Team, the RM will be able to lean on other experienced managers when striving to ensure the home has another OUTSTANDING inspection and that all young people are given the opportunity for a positive future.
Pay: Up to GBP60,000
Up to GBP45,000 basic salary
GBP7,500 welcome bonus
Up to GBP5,000 in OFSTED inspection rating
GBP1000 occupancy based bonus
GBP1,000 qualification based bonus
Contract:
Full-time permanent contract
Monday - Friday, 9-5
+ on call responsibilities
Requirements:
Open to experienced deputies or Registered Managers
NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management, or working towards this
