Tenant Sustainment Worker
Stockton on Tees
£25,690 - £27,232 per annum (£14.12 - £14.96 per hour) + Essential Car User allowance up to £3962 per annum (depending on car emissions)
35 hours per week, Hybrid and Flexible working
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is committed and passionate about providing short term support to our tenants both virtually and in the home. You will help tenants establish and sustain tenancies and prevent tenancy breakdown. You will complete benefit health checks, supporting grant applications (to source furniture and white goods) and signpost customers to agencies who offer financial or welfare assistance.
You will be passionate about supporting communities, be an excellent team player and contribute to the housing team by bringing new ideas to improve services.
You will be an excellent communicator and will be able to liaise with a wide range of tenants and stakeholders
