Manufacturing Team Leader required for an engineering manufacturer of plastic and metal components. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you would be responsible for all the manufacturing activities within the factory. The primary duties include planning, co-ordinating and controlling all the steps in the production process to make sure products are delivered on time and within the budget.
The role requires excellent man-management skills and a minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Team Leader or Supervisor within a manufacturing environment.

Overseeing manufacturing and production processes
Creating and executing daily, weekly and annual production schedules
Striving to reduce expenses and increase productively across all product lines
Implementing all the companies' policies and procedures
Communicating any problems or obstacles to Senior Management
Monitoring productively rate, standards and quality control
Implementing safety, health, and environment and quality requirements.
Manufacturing Team Leader Position Requirements
Knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) systems
Minimum of 5 years' experience within a manufacturing environment.
Experience within a role as Manufacturing Manager or Production Supervisor / Team Leader with the ability to demonstrate leadership.
People Management skills
Ability to operate all manufacturing or production line equipment
Understanding of lean manufacturing (Six Sigma)
Advanced knowledge of CNC multi-axis and automated manufacturing
