Are you looking for a new, exciting challenge for 2022? We are searching for a Registered Manager to step in and continue to inspire and lead a well-established, experienced team whilst keeping safeguarding at the front and centre of practice.

Our Daffodil Family Centre opened its doors in early 2020 and is a national parenting assessment centre based in Plymouth. Since opening, we have worked with nearly 40 families.

This unique service offers a strength-based parenting assessment that aims to support the parent to identify what changes they need to make to keep their child safe, providing residential parenting assessment to inform childcare proceedings. We have developed a reputation for offering a nurturing service for both children and their parents, yet also able to make clear recommendations for the court arena.

Our current manager has successfully led the team and developed our assessment model, which uses a social work and psychological approach. We are now seeking an individual who can continue to provide effective leadership, governance and management and promote the reputation of the service.

The role is a strategically significant one for Trevi and brings with it both opportunity and challenges. It will suit someone who is experienced in the children's social care arena and who has a passion for delivering high quality care to vulnerable families.

We are looking for someone who is committed to working from a trauma informed perspective.

We will be hosting an open day for prospective candidates wishing to learn more about the role and meet the team.

Any offer of employment will be subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure, costs of which will be met by Trevi.

Women only need apply under schedule 9 (Part 1) of the Equality Act 2010.

Trevi is committed to quality, equality and valuing diversity.

Applications are particularly welcome from black and minority ethnic women and women with lived experience. There is a support package available for those wishing to relocate.
