At Ageas, our Motor Claims departments are a varied and engaging environment where our colleagues are encouraged to work proactively. Our Claims Handler roles cover a broad aspect of claims from managing our customers own damage claim through to managing the third party damage and credit hire claim or the recovery aspect. The role will allow you the opportunity to continue to learn and develop, whilst being supported by a full training programme. We are looking to talk to people with experience of Insurance Claims, whether that be Motor, Home, Pet or Travel products, we see the value in your transferable skills and can offer you the opportunity to progress with your career.   • Experience in an Insurance Claims Handling environment
  • Keen interest in self-development.
  • Previous knowledge of insurance policies and procedures.
  • A competent and logical decision maker.
  • Organised with the ability to plan and prioritise.
  • You will have excellent communication skills and be capable of dealing with a range of people from customers through to lawyers.
  • Possess an inquisitive nature, with the curiosity and drive to successfully investigate and negotiate claims.
  • Someone who has fantastic attention to detail and is able to deal with multiple demands.
  • Flexible approach to change and team working.
