The Company
Boyd Recruitment are currently working alongside an established Accountancy firm in Glasgow who are looking to add an experienced Office Administrator to their busy and growing practice.
Our client is well-reputed within their industry with over 40 years' experience in both public and private sectors. They have a modern approach to business and enjoy regular team building days.
The Job
As a PA you will have the following duties:
* Providing office admin / secretarial support to the Director
* Diary management, composing emails and correspondence
* Arranging internal and external meetings
* Liaising with clients, acting as first point of contact
* Onboarding new customers
* Organise client events
* Assist other partners within the business with ad-hoc duties
* Answer all telephone calls and handle accordingly
The Person
Ideally you will have the following:
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills, ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Good IT skills using Microsoft packages
* Good team working skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues to ensure individual and team objectives are achieved
