You will be at the forefront of online customer touchpoints such as social media, review sites and member community forums, working with Asda Business Services colleagues to ensure customer communications are on brand and best in class.
Your Role
A Customer Experience & Retentions Coordinator is a varied role that is to support in building the strategic direction of the CRM and in life activity for the Asda Mobile network. To define, review, and evolve the welcome and in life marketing campaign programmes for all Asda Mobile customers.
You will oversee the in-life customer journeys for all Asda Mobile PAYG and Post-pay customers through digital platforms such as our website, email, My Account, Mobile App and Social.
- Research, identify and evaluate the potential demand and commercial return for new CRM propositions, but not limited to; welcome and retention initiatives, customer growth and reward schemes to reduce churn to other mobile network providers
- Promote the interest of the customer for Asda Mobile, ensuring feedback is received and acted upon to drive customer engagement
- Be at the forefront and influence the testing of new customer journey opportunities to aid margin and sales uplift
- You will coordinate customer engagement plans to clearly communicate the impact and benefits of changes being delivered to customers
About You
- Experience of developing CRM strategies, utilising customer behaviour insight and sales revenue
- Passionate about customer engagement through digital trading activity
- Innovative and constantly looking for opportunities engage customers
- Competent with numbers and analysis and being able to form a story with data
