We are currently looking for a Network Steward to monitor the street seen in Hounslow. Ensuring the streets are kept to a high standard, clean, green and safe environment for all users. By doing this you will need to work towards the contract's regulations.
You will be expected to build relationships with stakeholders to ensure performance targets are met.
KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITES:
• To complete work to the relevant key performance targets
• Complete local environmental quality survey, analyses data and product area improvement plans.
• To provide advice, education and enforcement when required for Highways and Environmental issues.
• Complete routine road safety inspections to the annual programme and ad hoc road safety inspections as required.
• Focus on utility inspection, utility standards and performance, in line with the Code of Practice.
• To build up a network of all stakeholders and build relationships with local councillors and residents. Respond on time to enquires from members of the public.
The successful candidate will benefit from:
• Salary GBP32,000 Permanent role
• A training plan will be developed to suit the right candidate and the role could be considered as a career progression towards a senior management position.
• At all times to adhere to company procedures with regard to Health & Safety and where applicable to ensure all team members do like wise
• At all times to behave in a way that supports the company's stated Vision and Values and where applicable to ensure all team members do likewise.
• Possession of a recognised driving licence and use of a car to travel in relation to the job function.
The successful candidate must have:
Good general education
• Experience or ability to work in a highly focused, customer service workplace
• Demonstrable commitment to continuous professional development in the area.
• Good IT skills
• Accuracy/attention to detail
• Organisational skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work to deadlines
