Premier Work Support are excited to be recruiting for Warehouse Operatives for one of our prestigious fast growing manufacturing clients based in Dorking.
This is a temporary position but for the right candidate, with good attendance and working attitude, this could lead to a permanent role.
Some of the duties and key responsibilities are:
Recording of inventory movements such as stock take, packed stock as well as shipped stock.
Pick and pack goods for shipment.
Unpack and check goods received against internal transfers, purchase orders or invoices.
Thorough attention to detail when overseeing stock, alerting supervisor of damaged items and maintain records of unsatisfactory stock.
Ability to perform a variety of coordinating, routing and material handling duties.
Maintain order and tidiness with in the working environment. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills both written and verbal, positive mindset, strong organisational skills and time management as well as be a self motivated and adaptable. Warehouse experience and forklift licences would be advantageous.
Candidates will need to have own mode of transport as public transport is extremely limited.
The shifts will be on a rolling rosta of 4 days on 4 days off including weekends for either day or night shift. The hours of work are:
Day shift - 06.00 - 18.00
Night shift - 18.00 - 06.00
