Shorterm Group are looking for an Administrator to work within their clients materials and shipping/ despatch department within Aerospace
Mon- thu 08:00 - 16:30 fri 08:00 - 13:00
Rate TBC
You will be predominantly supporting the despatch department
*Despatch processes require attention to detail and frequently subject to expedite requests to support "Aircraft On Ground" requests that peak & trough and need prioritisation & co-ordination with limited notice.
*Support Inbound Logistics team Despatch processes to provide regular ongoing Despatch support and provide peak load surge capacity and absence cover
*Co-ordinate material flow through Logistics stores, Packing, Despatch & Customs processes through to Despatch/delivery to external Customer & Sister sites. Working with Logistics 3rd Party freight & customs providers, Inspection and certification personnel
