Looking to join a business where they offer something new and exciting?
I have a fantastic opportunity to join a growing food manufacturing company who are looking to implement a new role into the business.
Working closely with the Shift managers, the engineering team and more you will be responsible for improving performance through delivering continuous improvement initiatives and supporting the training and development of the team.
With this being a company on the rise, naturally you will have the opportunity to progress within the business. If you progress will be down to how hard you work for it.
This is a fast paced food manufacturing business, so it goes without saying that experience working within the food manufacturing company will be a massive advantage. You will also need to have a base understanding of different CI/Lean manufacturing practices and some tangible result through projects you have either led or been involved in.
The company is looking for candidates that want to be part of the company, work hard for the company and have an input in its growth.
